To give you the best possible prices, our products are handled through a warehouse and shipping partner.
Notice of change
Due to changing manufacturers, our new providers only ship within the USA and Canada. As it will cost too much to comply with every country’s product certification requirements. Thus, we will be restricting our sales to the USA and Canada for the foreseeable future. Our new software automatically calculates the shipping rates for you in the cart so there is no guessing.
Legacy product shipping
Our core product lineup’s shipping costs through our partner are the following:

For shipping times, we have little control over this as the postal carriers are the ones who make things go fast or slow. The shipping time we’ve generally observed is as follows:

In compliance with International laws and in order to eliminate shipping issues for you, we do not currently ship to these countries because they require special permits or certifications for you to import cosmetics.

Order Tracking
After your order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please keep in mind the tracking information typically does not update and will not show any information for up to 24-48 hours until the shipping provider has scanned your package. This is a quirk of the postal system but we aim to give you the information as quickly as possible on our end.
Incorrect address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender”, or has been deemed as undeliverable for any reason by the shipping provider, we will notify you by email.
Once the package has been delivered back to us we will process a new shipment to the proper address or process a refund. Please see our refund policy for further information on refunds.
Be sure to provide and double check the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address. If you accidentally order using the wrong address and your order has yet to ship, please contact us immediately so we can cancel or update the shipping information. If the order has already shipped, please submit a package intercept request to USPS immediately via https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm
Lost & stolen packages
We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package. We recommend watching the provided tracking information on the day of delivery to receive the package in-person at the time of delivery.
You will receive an email when the package has been delivered. If you cannot find your package please do the following:
- Check anywhere at the delivery address where the package may have been hidden by the shipping provider.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they may have received the package.
- Check with your local post office to see if they may have the package.
If all else fails, immediately submit a missing and lost package claim with your local post office.
Incorrect & damaged goods
While we do try our best to get everything done quickly and correctly, we do make mistakes. Not to worry, we will get you taken care of! Please send us a clear and visible image(s) with good lighting showing the incorrect or damaged product along with the full view of the packing slip provided in your order.
International customs fees
For international orders, they may be subject to import taxes or customs duties imposed by your country. Such charges are not included in the product cost or shipping and handling . You are responsible for any import or customs fees related to your order.
